We went through a thorough consultation process with our parent community in July 2015 asking them what skills, qualities, knowledge and attributes they wanted to see in their children as they came to leave our school at the end of Year 8. It is vital that we, as a school, have this aspirational picture in our minds and that we work on developing these qualities in our children from the moment they join us in our Reception Room right up until their last day with us when they leave to go to the secondary stage of their education.
